SHIPPING INFORMATION

When placing your order on Hellosora.com, please take into consideration that we operate Monday through Friday. 
Therefore, payment confirmation received on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day. 

  • Please allow 1 (one) day after payment confirmation for us to check your payment, perform quality control of your order, and pack your order. 
  • We will ship the order on the next day. You will be sent a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched with tracking information.
  • Orders can only be delivered when the full amount of payment is received and confirmed.
  • We are unable to ship your order if any problems regarding the payment occurred. 
  • We do not ship on Sunday and public holiday.
  • The choice of courier's shipment service will not change our shipping schedule, meaning that if you choose the one day service for shipping, it will only process a faster shipment from the courier service but does not reduce our time to process your shipment according to the schedule shown in the table above.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Your order will only be processed the day after we receive your payment confirmation, not the day you order.

 

Our delivery timescale for both domestic and international standard orders is shown below:
JABODETABEK : 1-3 working days after shipment.
OTHER CITIES IN INDONESIA : 2-5 working days after shipment.
INTERNATIONAL : 5-15 working days after shipment.
*Please note that delay might occur during public holidays and we are not responsible for delay caused by courier service.

RATES

Please refer to http://www.jne.co.id for domestic rates. Customers will be charged shipping fees based on the weight of their order. If the accumulated weight exceeds 1 kg, another kg will be added to shipping fees. Weight of every item is stated on the product detail page.  Shipping cost will appear together with your total after check out.

 

SHIPPING RULES & RESTRICTIONS

Please kindly understand that some order can’t be delivered on time due to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. However, if there is any problem regarding to this issue, we will be glad to help you.

Please kindly understand that your orders are shipped by other courier service. Therefore, it is possible that some delay or shipping problems might happen out of our control. If this case happens, we will be glad to help you until you receive your order.

 

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from Hellosora are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We do not responsible for any loss due to incomplete or wrong address made by purchaser or problem on recipient on the destination address stated by purchaser.
